Welcome to Secure Vault ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Secure Vault app and website at https://www.cryptovault.live.
We may collect the following types of information: • Account information: name and email address when you register. • Wallet data: wallet names, public addresses, and transaction history that you add to the app. We never collect or store your private keys or seed phrases. • Device information: device type, operating system, and app version for diagnostic purposes. • Usage data: how you interact with the app, to help us improve the experience.
We use your information to: • Provide, operate, and maintain the Secure Vault app. • Display your portfolio, wallets, assets, and transaction history. • Send security and transaction notifications. • Process payments via Stripe (we never store card details — all card data is handled by Stripe). • Improve and personalise your experience. • Comply with legal obligations.
Secure Vault is a companion app. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or hardware wallet PIN. All signing operations happen on your physical hardware device. We only store public wallet addresses and balance data that you choose to add.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, process, or have access to your card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy. Cryptocurrency payments are peer-to-peer — we are not involved in those transactions.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: • Service providers: such as Stripe for payment processing and cloud hosting providers, under strict data processing agreements. • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. We do not share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
We retain your account and wallet data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@cryptovault.live. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your data. • Object to or restrict processing of your data. • Data portability.
